Happy Birthday Matt!

Today, we had a fun afternoon celebrating Matt’s 3rd birthday.

Often, with a 17 month old running around the house chattering, yelling, and noisy toys are all I ever hear.  So, when you don’t hear anything, sometimes you get a little nervous. 

But obviously no need to worry when you find your baby reading about healthy sleep habits. 

What a good boy. 

And the toy bucket.  What a nice, safe place to play. 

If only he would stay there all the time.

Disneyland. Day 4

The last day. 

To Matthew’s delight, we went on the Winnie the Pooh ride 3 times in a row.

Rapunzel made an appearance.

Swimming at the hotel was fun.  Drew really loves to dunk his head under the water.  It’s a new trick. 

Emily enjoyed towing Tinkerbell and Cinderella in the hotel pool.  (If you look closely, you can see them.)

So cute.

Disneyland. Day 3

 

We had a fun time in Toon Town.   We met Goofy and Mickey Mouse while we were there. 

Drew especially liked climbing up and down the cartoon chairs.  Over and over.  Exciting.

We got to meet Buzz Lightyear.  Matt thought that was awesome, if you can’t tell.

Disneyland. Day 2

The teacups were scary at first.

Then they were fun. 

Matt met Peter Pan (whom I thought was interesting)

Disneyland. Day 1

Last week we went to Disneyland with Leslie’s family and my Mom.  It was a very eventful trip and we had a good time. 

Chip greeted us as we entered the park.  Drew wasn’t too sure about him, but enjoyed poking his eyes. 

On the carousel, Drew liked to bang his head on the pole.  Great.

County Fair Time

Last week, we went with Leslie to the Cache County Fair.  It was about the same as usual.  We looked at some animals, had some food, and did a few scary fair rides. 

The balloons were a big hit.
