Discoveries
We’ve had a busy past couple weeks and Drew has discovered lots of new things.
Bundling up and going out in the snow is fun.
Mooshed up ham is not yummy.
Christmas is fun!
We like Santa
Green donkeys are also fun! (His name is Dominic and he’s Italian)
Sing-A-Ma-Jigs… Need I say more?
Crawling is hard (still can’t quite do it).
Maybe we need a haircut??

Drew Grows Up?
Ready for church on Sunday.
Do I already need an unlimited texting plan?
Maybe not quite as grown up as we think.
Remind you of anything. . .
My New Favorite
Check out this hat I just finished making for our lovely friend Sue. And doesn’t it look just perfect on her?
The knitting pattern was so easy, and it turned out just perfect. I had so much fun knitting it, I need to make more, any takers?

Afternoon Nap
As I type, right now, my baby who should be asleep is yelling triumphantly in his crib.
It all started with a very tired baby, who I put down for his regularly scheduled nap. Then, oops… a dirty diaper, you know who planned that out perfectly.
So, after a diaper change that was supposed to be quick, but was not, instead turned into a laugh-fest while Mr. Roly-Poly wouldn’t stop turning over and over (peeing on the rug, in the process).
Finally back to bed, but then what did I do? I was a bad Mommy and quick grabbed my camera just for this adorable shot.
Which then turned into an entire photo shoot. (I couldn’t resist)
It’s definitely not my fault he’s still awake, 3o minutes later. My 9 month old has already learned to out-smart his Mom.
Oh, and thanks Aunt Lori and cousins Olivia and Abby for my animal train, I’m really starting to love it! (Love, Drew)

Christmas Cards?
Every year, I get photo Christmas cards from friends and family in the mail and I never send them out myself. I always think "I want to do that too," but I never do. Well, this year I thought I might try to get cards out too. Well, now it's December 13th, and still no cards done. Way to go Liz!
But, then I was doing a little blog stalking (don't tell) and saw a post about Shutterfly and their 2010 Holiday Christmas Collection. They had an awesome promotion going on for the holidays and check out some of the perfect cards you can make with your photos...
Then I thought I could put this picture on a Christmas card to send out. . .
But, it's too late for that.
Then I was browsing Shutterfly's site and thought, a desk calender like this, might be fun for Grandpa's desk, with some cute photo's of grandkids like these. . .
Or how about a photo book to document Drew's first year (I'm sure I have enough pictures).
There are lots of possibilities on Shutterfly. But, I finally decided on a New Year's Card. There are a lot to choose from. Click here to see them all. I think I could get one of these out in time!

Who Stole the Cookie From the Cookie Jar?
Okay, so it’s not really a cookie… it’s banana bread. And it’s on the counter, not in a jar.
I’m sure you figured out the answer by now. Can’t you see the guilt in his eyes? Or maybe that’s just satisfaction?
(Bert)
Oh, and Christmas is getting closer.
We are excited!
