It always starts out innocently…
toddlers and kitties making friends. How sweet and nice.
Then things get more comfortable.
Escalating into ear grabbing and tail pulling.
Kitty beware.
Not as sweet and innocent as he looks.

Last weekend, we made a quick trip out to Fargo, ND.
(Yes, it was cold)
We had a good trip, and I was so glad we went because I got to see these girls! Congrats to Krystal. It was a beautiful wedding.
Other things to do in Fargo, well, in the winter, not too much. We did do some shopping, swimming, and found a little children’s museum for Drew. It was a good trip, but it’s always good to come home.
The children’s museum. More letters, as you can see.
Swimming and splashing with Daddy.
Chocolate chip cookies. Yummy.
Well, I can’t believe it’s been over a month since I’ve posted on my blog. No excuses, just no motivation! I was looking through my pictures so I could post what we have been up to, and I didn’t take very many pictures either. Oh well. Here’s a little of what we’ve been up to.
Harvesting.
Learning new skills. Like eating with a fork and spoon.
Visiting new places and fun cousins.
Halloween. What a happy day that was!
Lori. We will try and do better.
In addition to learning new things at toddler preschool (Drew goes to USU for 3 hours a week), we have been learning so many new things at our house. Here are some of our new experiences.
It is fun to make new friends.
(This is Owen, he and Drew play every week, so much fun)
Soccer would be fun to learn. Especially if it involved playing with cousins.
Emily
and Nick.
It is great to relax and lounge out while watching television.
It is very convenient to carry food around in your mouth as to free up hands to make a mess. (It works well with crackers, bread, and peanut butter cups, for example).
We spent a lot of this trip getting moved into the new cabin, so I didn’t take as many pictures.
Thanks to Olivia and Nate (they built this awesome fort), Emily and Nick opened “Small Mall” at the cabin. It’s was nice to have somewhere close to go shopping. They sold: pictures, mud smoothies, and some other things that I’m not sure what they were.
Drew had fun trying out the new bathtub at the cabin.
Olivia’s bear even enjoyed the new place.
We even got to see some loose horses running around. (Don’t worry, their owners were contacted)
(Please disregard the mess in the background, we were moving)
Lately, Drew and I have been getting back into the schedule of things with Steve getting back to school. We’ve mostly just been hanging around playing when we are home. It’s been fun.
Yes, that is a fat lip. That has been happening a lot lately.
One of my favorite things:
Drew wearing his hats around the house just for fun.
