I am not surprised that it’s mid-october and I haven’t even had a few minutes to share what’s been going on.
September was busy! But good. We have done a lot of work in the garden, doctor appointments, and homework. Just the regular stuff.
The boys are into school hard-core. Drew has multiple lessons. He just started piano and had his very first recital just yesterday! Drew has also continued on with tennis. Soccer season ended and we are just waiting for basketball to start. His favorite, bowling league has started up again for the season and we really enjoy that!
Hank continues on with his morning school (the program at USU) daily and his afternoon school monday through friday. It still seems crazy to send my baby to school all day, but man are we seeing progress! He has developed so much. He now has 5+ consistent words that he will say when requested (mama, happy, apple, grandma, grandpa). He will copy anything you tell him to do. He just learned “two thumbs up” at school and it will just melt your heart. And just yesterday, he finally was able to jump from standing successfully! That kid just perseveres and never gives up! He has another cardiology appointment coming up soon, and we are so anxious to see what’s going on!
