Hank came home to Logan from his home at the hospital on August 2nd. It was a bittersweet time. So sad to leave all of our family and friends at primary’s but so happy to come home to our own. I really didn’t think we would ever make it! I don’t have too many pictures the day we left, it seems everything went so fast and it was so busy. We got set up with home health to bring Hank’s oxygen supplies, and his NG tube supplies, said goodbye and we were on our way.
We really miss all the help and advice from these guys, they were the best! We wouldn’t have made it without them. (We are sad we didn’t get a picture with Gail or Cheryl).
